Keith will be joining AKJ in 2026 as Group CTO & Head of AI Engineering, where he will lead the Group's AI strategy and technology initiatives across the business. Working closely with every team at AKJ, he will be driving the adoption of the next generation of AI-powered technology to transform how investment management platforms are built, operated and scaled.
Keith has more than 30 years of experience delivering technology solutions within the global financial markets. He has held senior leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer, Head of AI Engineering and Chief Engineer for organisations including Block, JP Morgan and HSBC, designing platforms across the full investment lifecycle for both traditional and digital assets.
Keith is passionate about building high-performing engineering teams and applying AI to solve complex challenges in financial services, combining deep technical expertise with a hands-on approach to innovation.
