Johan joined AKJ in August 2025 as Head of Compliance for AK Jensen Norway.
Prior to AKJ, Johan was a Senior Compliance Officer at Nordea Markets, where he advised senior leadership and front-office teams on regulatory matters within their Corporates & Institutions division. He previously served as Compliance Manager at Arvato Financial Solutions and has also held compliance roles with financial services firms in the United States.
Johan holds Master’s and Bachelor's degrees in Commercial and Business Law from Linköping University. He also received a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA).
