Marta is Head of Legal at AK Jensen. She joined in 2018, initially advising on matters relating to fund onboarding, offering documents and investment management before being promoted to Head of Legal in 2019.
Marta is a corporate/commercial lawyer with many years’ experience from international law firms (including Baker McKenzie, Clifford Chance and Linklaters), where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, e-commerce and competition issues. Prior to joining AKJ she gained financial experience working for BNP Paribas.
Marta holds a masters degree in law, and an M.A. in applied linguistics. She is a qualified lawyer in both Norway and Poland.
