Katharina joined AKJ in 2022 as a recruiter in the HR department and was soon promoted to Interim Marketing Director in charge of developing the marketing team. Prior to AKJ, Katharina was an associate with Bright People, a recruiting firm where she specialized in marketing, sales and client relationships. As an equestrian athlete Katharina has competed internationally, representing Norway.
Katharina holds a BA in Psychology from Columbia University.
