Fredrik joined AKJ as Director of HR in 2021. He is an experienced HR leader with broad experience from knowledge- and technology based organizations.
Prior to AKJ, Fredrik held the position of Head of HR at Banqsoft AS, developing the HR department from scratch. Prior to Banqsoft, Fredrik was HR Manager at the law firm Simonsen Vogt Wiig.
Fredrik holds legal and HR degrees from the University of Oslo.
