AK Jensen Group, Limited is the group's Bermudan parent company. A technology and software development company, it holds the proprietary software products that are licensed to the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries.
AK Jensen, Inc. is a U.S. registered brokerage and a member of FINRA/SIPC/NASDAQ/NYSE Arca. It offers brokerage services to the US, the Americas, and the Middle East and African markets under the AKJ brand.
AK Jensen Limited is a UK brokerage authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and offers brokerage services to European clients through its European Passport, as well as to the Asian markets under the AKJ brand. AK Jensen Limited also operates the registered representative offices of AK Jensen Limited, Norway (execution services) and AK Jensen Limited, Romania (back office services).
